Last night, Avery went to a birthday party for a little girl who's in her Girl Scout troop... a Fancy Nancy Party! The mom hired a make-up artist to paint the little girls' faces, and they also got their nails painted. Avery had a butterfly painted on her face. Then she had her nails painted pink, with tiny white flowers put on her fingernails and big toenails. Avery had a really fun time getting pampered, and she has now told me that she wants a Fancy Nancy party for her 6th birthday. We'll see about that... As we were leaving the party, Avery was given a gift bag complete with a tiara, feather boa, glitter sunglasses, nail polish, stickers, a feather poof pen, necklaces and bracelets.
Avery has been Fancy-fied!
