Everything on the plate, with the exception of the roast and spices, was grown in our garden. Somehow, that makes me feel pretty cool. :-)

- It was 19 years ago that Hector and I were married. We were high school sweethearts, young, a bit foolish, and completely in love. Almost 7 years later, our first son Samuel was born. Not even 2 years after that, our daughter Avery "graced" us with her presence. And finally, 3 1/2 years later, in the middle of an ice storm, our second son Isaac made his grand entrance into our family. Our family was made complete and The 5 Aces was formed!

All I have are tomatoes and basil.. but boy are they yummy!
